There are speed limits here normally, as you can see the white and black signs indicate the national speed limit for that type of road (60mph) and there is also a 50mph sign early in the video. This is specifically for the Isle of Man TT festival which happens once a year.

It’s normally a two way road but at certain times of the year they make it a 1 way road course I.e for the ISLE OF MAN TT RACES and yes even on a normal day in stretches of the roads on the Isle of Man have unrestricted speed limits. Plenty of deaths over the years.

Yea no speed limits outside of towns and villages. There is hardly any traffic so they don't worry about speed too much. BUT you can still be done for dangerous driving and you would if you were caught doing this on a normal day. So you might end up with a ban instead of just a speeding fine if the cop is having a bad day.

What this means is overtaking traffic return to the left side just before the double white lines so this is bad. It was a good drive with solid overtakes but the disregard for the road markings makes this a poorly executed drive.

Probably around 150. It's kind of funny that some people are acting like him, and even more the police, were driving like crazy, or super high speeds. I mean sure he wasn't hanging around, but with all due respect you could probably reach these kinds of speeds in a high-end sedan if you really thrashed it. I mean I've been in a Mercedes S-Class that was doing 120ish at points over the mountain and it didn't feel like we were pushing the limits of what was possible, for a supercar these kinds of speeds really shouldn't be testing the car to it's limits. For sure you have to be paying attention and all respect to the driving, especially doing it safely, but the car can absolutely handle it.
