Made my day, great cars, epic noise and biblical use of fuel - awesome. All the people on here saying not that fast, bad to drive etc have been brought thinking their Citroen AX get or 205gti was a really fast car. Let me just tell you this, on a twisty road, on a mountain pass or in a straight line....any 80s super car will destroy unless you have some serious firepower under your foot, not a 1.6 turbo like today. This car does not need to wait for the turbo to spool, has no need for stupid 8 speed paddle shifts to mask lack of grunt - it's a proper engine compare different?

The Kreissieg videos just blow the other lambos out of the water...its hard to beleive that its just an exhaust thats making it sound so good, the kreissieg car has an extended topend rev that the others are lacking....my fav by far

Yeah the kreissieg exhaust on this car is on par with something like an ipe exhaust on a murcielago lp640/lp670, such a masterpiece. Edit: the Kreissieg exhaust for the murcirlago is also amazing just like the countach

When I was around 12-13 years old I would walk around with all these Popular Mechanic magazines, I recall being in my father's home surrounded by all these men and they're looking at the best covers and skimming through them. There was one with a Countach in the front Light raspberry in color, that came with a pullout poster. I remember one kid allot older than me, maybe in his early 20's who possibly thought I was stealing the spotlight trying to say the Countach was only a good looking car and possibly that's where all the cost went! That bothered me like nothing in my life ever did, I could have punched this guy right there in front of his buddies, lol. I love this car then and love this car now..

When a car looks like this, you don't have to drive it. You simply need to show up in, be seen getting out of it, back into it, and driving away. Had a buddy who had several exotics: 1989 Anniversary Lamborghini Countach, 2006 Lamborghini Murcielago, 2004 porsche 911 40th anniversary edition, 1998 Ferrari Testarossa to name a few and he said out of ALL the cars he has and driven, he's never gotten laid more, than when he drove in his Countach... FACT! There is no argument that the Lamborghini Countach is one of THE MOST iconic, if not, most exotic looking car that looks like it could go into hover mode, pull in it's wheels and fly, than any other exotic or prototype ever made. The one who went beyond gull wing doors to make Lambo doors a thing.

The Countach has been my 'dream car' even since I saw that movie when I was a little boy! :-D (Although in just the past few weeks... I watched an owners /drivers review of the automobile which sort of crushed those dreams. --It turns out to be a very difficult and /or impractical to operate on in the usual driving /road conditions and situations. Not such a good car for the average owner.) :-(
