Hey can you tell what you use to get the paint off? I use Dettol, but it leaves a bad smell and I don't have a drill so I can't open the car and Dettol makes the plastic soft and squidgy.

Use a paint remover.

Use paint remover only with metal body parts, any other material like plastic will melt
