Pig and venison brains good too! My uncle was a farm manager for years and would never eat rabbit but ate there brains and loved them!

I didn't see you remove the membrane from around the brains. You did remove the membrane didn't you? I certainly hope so; they are horrible with the membrane on! Aso, they are much better fried in butter.
