yeah, its one of the noise-change forms - kind of similar to how you'd transform into zerker/pegasus, etc. but pat himself along with gemini werent in the game at all for some reason. also, weirdness aside, id really try to play starforce 3 - it arguably has the best story out of the trilogy. the mechanics might seem a bit difficult to wrap your head around, but the gameplay is still pretty fun.

3D Printing Professor some people can't get behind the rpg elements of BN/Star Force, and I agree grinding for chips can be and is tedious, especially during post game if you want to face the secret bosses. I don't even bother with the postgame though, so good chips come naturally, especially in Star Force 3, where "grinding" is downright broken! Seriously the amount of op chips you get is insane!
