I think the Lament catalyst should give it eager edge or Valiant Charge.

What Lament really needs is for the charged attacks to be available immediately on pressing block and not wait for the shield to pop up. That way you can seamlessly go from regular attacks to charged attacks without having to stop attacking for the shield to show up. It would feel the same as something like choir of one, where ads and hip fire mode is immediate. This is more of a fix than a catalyst, but that's the perfect moment to add it in. Catalysts should be more than just a perk
