@NorseGods Actually there's a manga adaption of Lamento, but there are not many chapters yet and it's only been published in Japan.

@spaceygirl7 Not exactly. There are thousands of hentai games in existence and a comparative few have been translated into English, and even fewer by legitimate companies. BL games don't get picked up because of piracy concerns; it's just not profitable enough. Most of them are a great deal longer and harder to translate than hentai games, so it's also a major investment - Lamento especially is very, very, very long. Amateur translation efforts have been attempted and have collapsed.
