I’ve been mel , and healing from narcissistic abuse is not easy. You become sensitive to everything and everyone. Space is needed a lot. It’s not personal to anyone around you. You just need your space. People should understand that. I’m proud of her for all that she is doing! Because narcissists abuse is devastating especially on the end of your relationship.

I am so glad I watched this because Carlos redeemed himself a little. The reunion when he sounded as though Mel should get back with Martell was wrong. We need to normalize self care.
