For the record... bubblegum pink is the BEST! I adore that color and when I make twisted cane for "grass" I use black, bubblegum pink, and jade green! I use the pink instead of white and it makes a screaming difference in the pop of the green! You look recovered, I'm glad! Thank you for doing this for us!

Very cool. I realized today that for some reason your videos are not appearing on my KZbin feed anymore. I know other people have had the same thing happened to them. It has something to do with algorithms. So now I have to go to your page to make sure I catch all of the videos

You've got my brain cranking wondering if you combined with a vertical rake of the disk (so that you break the lines of the coil) prior to melt in what would happen. This bead had reminded me of a festive striped flower like a carnation or such and had wondered if you could have vertically striped "petals" layered... See where my brain is going? And I forgot to say-- excellent work! :) Your videos are such great instructional quality! :)

Hello Kpil! 🤗🌹 I totally see where you are going…. I wanted to begin with dots, then lines and finally the cane before I show them in combinations! 🌹💫 I’m so glad you picked up that vibe! 😅 I have been also experimenting with the Double Implosion! Looking good but still working out the details for a future demo!… Thanks so much for your Comment…Take care & Cheers- Robin 🤗🌹🌹🌹✨

I have a question. Are bead release and kiln wash the same thing? If not, do you know the difference?
@scottwoodresearch
@scottwoodresearch Жыл бұрын
Hi Morgan! 👋🏽✨ They are very different! The kiln wash is very thin and watery. It is used for fusing glass together at temps up to 2000 degrees F. It’s so the glass doesn’t stick to the plate it is being slumped or fused on. To thin to use for bead release! 💫 The bead release is a much thicker viscosity so it can stick to the mandrel. It also allows the bead to come off the mandrel without fusing to it. It needs to be thicker because of the extreme temperature changes and won’t break down in the flame. 🎉🌹✨ I hope this helps! 😃 Great question Morgan! ✨Cheers- Robin 👋🏽✨✨✨
