Hi sir Jun, I didn't experience this issue when setting up the CW300. I initially set it up via WiFi before connecting a lan cable. My network settings did say 100 percent signal strength but the cW300 is placed in an area that doesn't reach my WiFi connection. It is connected via LAN cable according to my router's interface though. Looking forward to your cw300 review. Btw, available na BW400 sa mi store dito sa pque. Medyo pricey lang. 6999.

Hi, can i ask a favor. Please email me the DEVICE NAME of your CW300 as appeared on the router's admin page. It something like this-- chuangmi_camera_(alphanumeric). It may not be chuangmi which is the manufacturer's name. It's not appearing on my router since i connected the camera via wifi repeater. Thanks

In my case I had the same problem, which was solved in the simplest way - I covered the regular barcode with my finger so that it would not be read by the code scanner, and everything worked. The regular barcode is being misread instead of the qr code

That's network-related issue the least. Try connecting it with other wifi. Ask your neighbor a favor that you're going install a camera in their home.😁 If the problem still persist, then return the camera to the seller. I'd returned my unit also.

I have this problem connecting via cable with my CW700S... it only connects wirelessly, the wired network doesn't work. The cable is working, but it doesn't connect or make the change within the app.

I bought one of this particular camera to try it out before getting others, it looks like a good camera but what I noticed is that it can't read a license plate at 10 meters when you zoom in, the image is very bad. Also I read somewhere that after the three month free membership expires if you don't pay it won't even let you see the contents of the sd card, is that true?

Nope. Xiaomi cameras don't support RTSP/ONVIF. It has its own viewer app on Windows.

Posible but wala naman instruction sa manual. Yon din sinabi ng Xiaomi Support. Pero, working naman yong cable ko with my Tapo camera. So, may problema pa rin ang Xiaomi. Dapat compatible sa lahat na jack yong device nila.

Tuve también problemas para configurar la cámara y resultó ser un problema de los DNS. Al cambiarlos ya se configuró.

Just connect lan cable and leave it few hours and the Xiaomi do automatic shift from wifi to wan connection
