⁠@@anotherhaze277I’m honestly impressed with any performer that’s so good at switching to autopilot and performing a set like Coachella or any big show with a huge crowd or with ‘fancy’ or elite people tuning in. Not every artist can go into that diva mode and leave anxiety at the door. I hate how some artists get dogpiled for not being confident on stage. I believe music is transactional-You and the audience need to align and be comfortable. No offence to any well meaning person that showed up to Coachella to watch, but the vibe there is just…not it. It’s really shallow and weird idk??? Is saying it’s pretentious too far? Idk I feel like half the people there weren’t really invested in even seeing her. It’s a photo op. Plus the stress from technical difficulties or recent illness would throw anyone off, especially singing in a dry ah desert.
