Yeah i always wanted to have more angular face so bad I would might had with out knowning the side effects gotten the buccal fat removal if the riskes were not in knowledge. I am glad I did not know about that prodecure when I was younger. I think that is scary how it ages a person later. Now in my mid 30s I am happy that I had such a round face. Now it's been slimmed down a lot, but I now like that I have still have roundness, but my cheekbones are more visible.

I don't think she had fat transplant in her face, I think her face started changing in the pandemic because she gained a lot of weight. Now that she started losing weight recently she started looking more like she did before. It's also interesting how her lips get smaller and bigger all the time. As long as Lana allows her fillers to dissolve I think she’ll be able to return a lot of her appearance back to how she was at a younger age. Also I think a lot of her appearance change is due to weight change over the years, since when she lost weight in 2019 during NFR her face looked a lot more like when she was younger a bit. People have been extremely hard on her appearance, especially “stan twitter” people who harshly judge her weight appearance and style no matter how vocal Lana has been about being attacked over her appearance.

Otherwise I think the sideburn area was either lasered or it’s cut differently, and that earlier photo was a one off photo anyway. At the end of the day, it’s mainly: Rhinoplasty, filler, couple instances of botox

When she started getting lip filler it made her lips crooked. It was always very noticable. The cosmetician clearly didn't balance it out well or, something went wrong with whatever she had done. It always had the look that people get when they have silicone droplets back in the day and then it migrates and gets lumpy. It never seems to have come right, even with the lip lift.

The top comment is correct. If you have naturally asymmetrical lips, getting filler will just make them bigger, not more even. Unless you are specifically going in to fix the asymmetry. But injectors are essentially putting an equal amount of filler on all sides of the lips.

I was just looking at photos of myself when I was young, I’m 41 now and never had anything done but I look much different not just with aging but my nose was much more bulbous. She's also had a lot of filler to her nose and between her eyebrows, to lift the tip, disguise the hump and make the bottom of her nose look smaller. if you compare pictures, it looks as though in the last 2 years she has decreased this and more of her natural nose is shining through. I don't think she got a face lift, but weight gain and a lip-lift. perhaps some fat injections as well. but if she ever got a nose job, it was a tip revision and possible slight shave down of her hump, but it's mainly filler that has contributed to her nose procedures.

Hello! Here is a fan of Lana that I have been following since day one. Thank you for being so kind when speaking, always respectful and careful of everything you say. Lana has had fillers on her cheekbones and lips, we can clearly see that and also the rhinoplasty. But the biggest change that we can notice is just between February and April 2020, which is when Lana has an abrupt increase in weight and she was gaining more and more weight during 2021 and 2022. Lana will have gained about 35/40 pounds (please i don't wanna offended with this numbers, I do not do it with bad intentions, it is to point out that there was a significant weight gain) and that obviously affects the shape not only of the body, but also of the face. I would like to know what the recovery time is for these plastic surgeries, because during that time Lana was very active on social media and she can be seen constantly on the street, on vacation, there are countless photos of Lana during that time, I remember that At least every week there were new photos and videos of Lana on her instagram or her relatives Instagram or paparazzi photos. That's why my question is, how much time is needed to recover from these plastic surgeries. She doesn’t look like she has had a face lift or a fat transfer, she has gained at least 20 kg during the pandemic, hence a plumper face. I gained 10 kg during the pandemic and my face was soooo different, we are about the same age. I do see signs of a lip filler, botox and nose job, but the rest is a stretch imho

Like understand these are the terms you were taught as a plastic surgeon, but you’re teaching people that any feature that isn’t standard European perfect is ‘off’. I personally think lana has had nothing done other than a rhinoplasty and lip filler. The changes in the volume of her face are probably a result of weight gain and the sideburn hair not being there can very much so be a result of laser hair removal or waxing.

Hey 🤍 There is a picture from 2009 of Lana Del Rey at the office getting lip filler I have it so she was getting filler. She was getting filler into her face definitely starting in 2010 there are pictures of her smiling and it looks just so obvious. She had a second rhinoplasty in early 2018, there even are pictures of her in March 2018 in Hawaii and her nose looks like it just got out of surgery not long ago. She most likely had cheek implants around 2017 too. She probably had a breast augmentation in 2022 with fat injections. She most likely has something done do her eyes as they appear very much smaller, rounder and more lifted than before. She also may have had a chin/ jaw reduction in around 2017-2019. And more fat transfer to the cheeks in 2019. I think she’s had a brow lift in 2015-2016 She had also most likely has had a third rhinoplasty in 2020 to reverse the previous ones for her nose to be more like her original one. 🤍🤍

Any procedures she's had have been amazing. Her rhinoplasty is one of the best I've seen, because it fit her look so well and was hard to even notice back then. In 2021/2022 I don't know if she had face filler she simply gained weight. But, Lana is one of the sweetest celebrities out there, and I just hope people don't treat her badly about this. Hi! A question: Does moles change position with a face lift? Because, she has noticeable moles in her face, close to her left eye. In the 2022 comparisson pictures 6:29 those moles are in the same position as before. Maybe she had fat transfer. I think she's so beautiful and i LOVE her music.
