I love this performance so much. she was confident, happy, and proud. it looked like she actually enjoyed the performance, and was also smiling a lot. you wanna know why shes a "bad live singer" (well i dont think she is) now? because of you guys out there who talk trash about her singing style and her lips/nose. i give her props for still performing after all of the hate that has been directed towards her. some of you people just want to gossip about her "huge fake lips," or her "emotionless, deep voice." especially about the whole SNL thing. like honestly, what do you gain from it? this is the first artist in a long time who actually has talent, who is different from the rest, who puts meaning into her songs. it just really sucks that she is now insecure and afraid to do something that makes her happy and is basically her life

She's certainly a lot more confident in private shows and on tours. When she's performing on TV she seems to play it safe and try to mimic her songs exactly, but in private venues she experiments with her voice more and is less serious. I love her all the less

That low growl slight accent smooth voice haunting vocals. Every song tells a story.Lana Del Rey captures your ears and your Heart. And yes this live performance of Blue Jeans is excellent. Now listen to Born to Die and Video Games also done in this Radio Station as well on the same Day. Lizzie can sing live. None better than Lana Del Rey. :)

The Microphone is live into the mixer board and has a slight distortion and fades out as well as Elizabeth makes some minor Vocal glitches this proves it's Live and not Lip Syncing the feel of the song sounds better than the Studio version :)

it's different. the voice is different but not in a bad way. She did say she was a writer first than a singer, and those lyrics are sometimes to hard to switch from a lower to a suddenly high register. it's hauntingly beautiful. And what do you expect from someone who's starting their career with this much exposure? Give her a break.
