Lana makes me feel like a sad rich girl who’s in a white satin dress in her room, on the balcony during a windy night, looking up at the moon and stars and thinking about her true love.

This song is more relevant right now than ever, for Lana. I've seen so many of her fans turn their backs on her and talk shit about her now that she's gained weight and is not longer what they call "beautiful." This song doesn't just address her lover, it's directed to society which immediately discards a woman as soon as she doesn't fit its rigid beauty standards.

So a lot of young 10 year olds who don't know anything will say that Lana's music is boring, or her videos are boring. They really aren't, her videos are so much different than any other artist, super creative and a work of art. Her songs are not all slow, and they really tell you story's and make you feel something. I respect her so much and what she does. She never wears anything skimpy or short ( like most artists) in which i find is weird because she is such a beautiful girl and she should embrace it. Yes she is depressed but that shouldn't make you hate her. Her voice is beautiful and she is such a talented girl. I will always love Lana 💗☁

Young and Beautiful" performed by Lana Del Rey. I feel completely immersed in the lyrics of the song, and Lana's world seems to be telling her own life story. It touches a part of my emotions that is quite painfully bittersweet, and I just keep getting lost in her world. I imagine that I am Lana herself, singing this song and expressing a part of my own life. The chorus, with its repeated line "Will you love me when I'm no longer young and beautiful...", keeps echoing in my ears. Even though she says "God, can you keep my man up in heaven and open the gates for him", I wonder if he has truly done something wrong. If he is worthy of Lana's love, then he shouldn't need God to open the gates for him. Has he betrayed their eternal love? I don't know - love doesn't have a right or wrong, and nothing lasts forever. Lana's deep, melancholic voice conveys a longing, a clinging to the idea of being "young and beautiful" forever, with a fierce love. The lyrics are both poetic and reflective, exploring the human desire to preserve the vibrancy of youth and physical beauty in the relentless journey of time. Although his answer may be yes, I still sense something deeply hidden in Lana's story and longing. Lana's voice is so powerful and haunting, yet I really love her style. The song itself is already so perfect, but it becomes even more poignant and agonizingly memorable when used as the background music in the film "The Great Gatsby"
