Good piece. Lance nailed it on Tremaine Edmunds' play at Mike Linebacker. I've been say'n that Noah Sewell must play more this season. TE may look the part but Sewell plays the part. Sandborn, Sewell, and Edwards make a dynamic linebacking core.

Stokes was hurt..reports are that his speed is back. Vallentine was a 7th rd rookie..who actually has nothing but growth ahead. Drafted 3 safeties, to compete with johnson jr...and signed this guy named xavier mckinney.

Packers dominated the Bears line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball last year especially in that last game of the season.

Just observation as a Bears fan: 'Follow Through'... that's what the Oline needs to do. Follow Through on blocking. On the Initial block on the QB hike! It appears after the first block bounce, the Oline ease up while the defense is making the next move to get around them. That's the lazy footwork I noticed from the Oline. Gotta keep shuffling feet fast to keep that defense infront. Follow Through on blocking until peripheral vision' lets them know the ball is out the QB hands. FOLLOW THROUGH ON BLOCKING. 🎉 That's why asking for upgrades for fast shuffling feet Oline men- still feel Oline has2 weak links😢

I talk and text in the last game against the Packers we only threw the ball 16 times at halftime I believe we were losing 9 to 6:00 and the coach was asked after the game what adjustments did you make at halftime and he said none I like the way the game was going we only had two field goals at halftime I honestly don't believe we tried to win that game I think they knew Fields was gone and the last thing they needed was more controversy plus the fact they would rather have the number nine pick instead of 14 otherwise we would have thrown the ball much more

That’s a JF type thing when one receiver gets 1000yds and Mooney goes from 1000yder to 400 bc JF was a ONE READ none anticipation of his throws and had a slow release. Luke Getsy called plays to protect his inability to get it done, that’s why Luke has a job and Mooney got $40M! Because ppl KNEW who was the problem!

Last game of last season , the Packers beat the Snot out of our offence and Defensive lines! Nothing has changed! Until we sort those two things out and become a much more physical team , sadly the Packers will keep beating the snot out of us ! Just my opinion.
