Bahahaha! Awesome video dude. Love your sense of humor and the way you made the video like Lance's part from the Bones Brigade video. I finally got a hold of that red Lance deck too. I had a couple of them when I was a kid and they were my favorite board. Been trying to get a hold of one for a couple years when they release them, but, they always immediately sell out.
@radoldrat7 ай бұрын
I know it's such a drag when they sell out right away, I know it's a little cliche but I've always wanted the Tony Hawk because I wanted one as a kid and never got one and every time they come around they're immediately sold out and then I see them online for like $600! Sucks that people do that but it keeps the chase interesting I guess haha! Thanks for checking out the videos I really appreciate it 🙏🙏🛹🐀

@@radoldrat Keep up the great videos. They really are funny and entertaining. You deserve a lot more subscribers/viewers. I can tell you put a lot of work into the videos. Also, I was going to comment about that background music, which I think you said you created. I love it. After watching one of your videos, I get an ear worm with the background music. The music goes perfectly with whatever I do next. Even if I am just shopping at the grocery store!

@@radoldrat On an unrelated note, is the awl tool that you're using for cutting the grip tape just smooth on the sides? I've been using an awl for punching out the holes for the bolts. I normally use the side of a large screwdriver to go around the edges of the board, but, use a razor knife to cut it. I cut it from the top. I know no one else does it that way, but, that's just how I got into the habit of doing it. Would be nice to do it like you did and not use a razor at all. Using the razor can screw up the paint on dipped boards.
@radoldrat7 ай бұрын
@idmhead0160 that's exactly it, I use the awl in the same way that you use a screwdriver except because it's rigid it cuts through the tape just as easily as a file without doing any damage. And then yeah, use it to poke with the holes and I'm ready to go!

I just noticed that the board that Lance was riding in the Bones Brigade video was red too. That's pretty cool that you can just about completely re-enact his setup and attire. I'm pretty sure the blue wheels he was riding were Mini Cubics which you can still buy. Really cool that you can get the yellow shirt he was wearing also. Actually, I just noticed in the video that he appeared to be riding something other than his pro model board. It had the African mask/skull graphic on it. I'm pretty sure that is Lance's original art. I've seen it on his newer boards. It looked like it was the shape of the older boards. Like a Rat Bones OG or Ripper OG.

Great and entertaining video (as usual !) ! Lance Mountain may not have been the best of the Bones Brigade technically, but he’s definitely a hell of a character ! Much respect for him ! This Lance Mountain deck was the nice surprise of the Bones Brigade series 15 this year. This red color is really dazzling in broad daylight. This is my favorite of the Series 15 line with the Hawk. And apparently, it looks perfect for cruising around town … 🛹😉
