I love Terrion Arnold to the Chargers, but I would be extremely surprised if we passed entirely on a Nabers or Bowers-level playmaker. This CB class is deep and even enough that it’s worth waiting for the 2nd round.

The fact that Troy Franklin wasnt in this mock is crazy. He is a top five receiver in this draft. Also a little surprising there wasn't more receivers taken in the first round, the wr class is stacked this year

The positions that are thin go first so qb,pass rusher, only 2-3 high end receivers,tackles. I think you must have a bias if you think he’s top 5 he’s a pick your poison in the second group of receivers imo. The right qb fit will matter for him.

45:40 Guyton actually isn’t GB’s type of guy from a measureables standpoint. Since 1996 the largest OT they’ve taken in the first 4 rounds was 6’6 and 321 lbs. I’m a huge fan of Guyton, and maybe Green Bay is too. But he’s not their usual type of tackle. They like the more Zach Tom or Bakthiari body types for the wide zone scheme they run. This is very specific info that I wouldn’t expect you guys to know about all 32 teams. Love the vids guys

Unimportant comment. You guys previously mentioned best breakfast foods at hotels. Am I the only one that just makes a breakfast sandwich at every hotel? They've always got bread, eggs, a protein, and usually a hot sauce. So you toast up the bread, load it up, and you got yourself a decent sammy. My wife and I did a national park tour across Utah and we needed a quick breakfast before we hit the trails. This was the most consistent way to get it done.

I do not understand people mocking OLine to the Packers in the 1st round. The last time we drafted an OLineman in the 1st round was 2011--the last time we took one in the first 2 rounds was 2016. They've consistently been able to develop late day 2-day 3 picks into OTs with starter+ upside--Rasheed Walker, our starting LT for basically the entire season (who graded out phenomenally w PFF/advanced analytics post week 9 ie when the Packers started their run) was a 7th round pick 2 years ago. I really don't see a world where we go OLine over someone like DeJean

This is the first mock draft in forever (pretty much this whole draft cycle) that at now point had me screaming "oh my god no, why would this team do that". As zany as it seems at times, plenty of these picks are things I could genuinely see happening. I think after last year's success stories (cards, texans, lions etc.) there will be a LOT of trade ups/downs in the top half of the first round. Much more so than people are willing to predict right now, though in terms of credibility I obviously see why they are hesitant to do so.

I'm a lifelong Bears fan and I think we should draft Maye but am ok with Caleb. Then draft whichever weapon is still there at #9 Nabers,Odunze or Bowers. Or either of the 2 tackles at 9. Then get a center in draft or FA. Give offense every possibility to succeed.

Falcons trading up to 5 to get any of the top 3 Qb's is what i hope happens in the real draft. Chargers can get a very good WR, OT, or Bowers at 8. The top 3 QB's in this draft is exactly what the Falcons need and 5 is the perfect trade spot as you don't have to give a ton for it like top 3.

I think this draft Matches up with the 2021 draft class consensus board, Caleb = Trevor, Maye= Wilson(but comps to Darnold IMO), Daniels + Fields but maybe a lil Lance( RG3 is my comp) Bowers = Pitts, MHJ=Chase and if the real draft follows suit we could see Alt being Sewell and Fashanu being Darrisaw. Fautanu = Teven Jenkins, Barton=Sam Cosmi

The opportunity to get an elite QB rarely comes along, if you miss it you may not get another chance for 10, 15, 25+ years. Many a franchise has walked through that desert. Elite QB prospects get drafted high to bad teams. Then those teams fortunes turn around for the next decade plus.

I’m only 6 picks in but there’s 0 chance Patriots pass on Maye, Chargers trade down instead of drafting Nabers AND Giants passing on Nabers as well. The draft is crazy but not this crazy.

I like OT and CB as two of their first three. The OT that make it to 50s in the 2nd round (maybe Paul, Kiran, etc) just seem better than CBs. So need to look CB in with the first. I really like Wiggins over Kool Aid, so curious what the price to move up would have been.
