and in sequence it just sound like multiple schedule, if possible include condition (like automation) if customer responds send the next message like flow

Hi, It will be achievable when we create the chatbot and automation flow. Current sequence only follows steps and keep continue to send messages until someone respond to a specific step. When someone responds then lancepilot stops the next steps for the specific contact. Hope this make sense to you.

Well, Not at this moment. But You can easily move contact to a specific group from inbox directly. If you go to inbox > select a conversation > then open customer profile, There is a option to move contacts to specific groups. Hope this make sense to you.

So The Pricing is from meta which is not in our control. Secondly, incoming is free. Also, meta only charge once per 24 hours per contact. So, for example, if as a business i send you a message. Meta will charge me and will create 24 hours conversion window. Within this window, if you send more message to the same contact then meta wont charge you. Plus, clients are seeing over 70% open rate. So the ROI is very very high which is why the pricing does not bother them. I hope this make sense. Hi, So basically meta do not ban you for sending message via Api. But meta bans you, if you receive blocks from your prospects. So basically if you are cold outreaching , chances are you receive blocks from your prospects. So you can use the unsubscribe button to minimize your block rate. Secondly, if you follow few best practices below, you can safely continue sending message keeping your number safe. 1. Connect your number 2. Verify your business 3. Serve only opt in customers for 2-4 weeks 4. Then gradually send 20, 30 , 40 messages per day This way hopefully you can keep your quality score high and save your number from ban. Hope this make sense.

@@alamiyo If your business is verified and you follow best practices then meta dont ban numbers. If you get ban on your unverified number then you can create another workspace connect another number.
