Before you move into a new place get a few packs of post it notes and go around and write what’s wrong and stick it to the area with the issue you’re commenting on so when they come in to clean and repair they just have to find all the post it’s and read and work on that spot until all post it’s are gone. This is most common with the interior painting of homes that need touch ups between owners but can be done with any part inside of the home that has issues.

You know you guys can get the car to Florida by driving to just outside DC, check into the “Auto Train” terminal, drop off your car, hop on a train and wake up in Orlando with your car. Amtrak Auto train is underrated but it’s pretty useful.

What part of Florida did u move to? and welcome... u will love our beaches especially cocoa beach. U can swim and surf we also have lots of pools and a huge 21 feet deep pool in cocoa beach with diving board n waterslide super cheap . Just lots of things to do.
