@@BringBackMasculinity1987 Pretty soon the 1 trains will be getting the R142/as also the 3 trains for Cbtcs in the future for 7th Avenue Broadway lines The 4/5/6/S trains will be getting brand new R262s in the future for Cbtcs we have to start appreciateing the R62/as on the 1/3/6/S trains aswell

@@BringBackMasculinity1987 yes the R62as are going to be retried in the next four years the R142s are going to replace the legends R62as on the 1 /3 trains for Cbtcs You know that Lexington avenue is getting Cbtcs first then the 1/2/3/9 trains to

They are not going to retire the R62as on the 1 line yet the R62/as are going to turn it to work cars and the icer cars to and the Garbage trains

I have friends that live in Riverdale. I always take the 1 train up there when I visit them. Riverdale is an area where I feel safe on the subway. It’s a good neighborhood. I go to a few Yankee games a year on the 4 train. The South Bronx is not a very safe neighborhood if there isn’t a game going on. Riverdale is much safer on the subway if you’re traveling alone. I’ve never had a problem in Riverdale on the subway.

You are 100% right on that one the 1/9 trains should be extended to Yonkers Kawasaki or Getty square The 6 trains need to definitely need to be extended to co op city mall They should definitely bring the 8 trains back to and the B/D/4 trains need to be extended to co op city to just the B/D trains to co op city mall and the 4 trains definitely need to be extended to Yonkers Kawasaki

@@leecornwell1062 the 4 train can't extend toward Yonkers because sprain Brook Parkway is in the way. Also there are way to many hills for the 4 train to extend towards that area of Yonkers. The MTA won't have time to build a underground track in yonkers
