Lancia Delta Integrale turbo removal and rebuild.

The integralingham boys remove the turbocharger from an Evo1, get it fixed, and put it back again. It's a long vid I'm afraid, and there's a bit of lecturing too.

I wanted to ask you one more thing please! on my delta Hf pipe I have to disassemble the oil cooler because it is leaking and I have to replace it, but I read on a site that unscrewing the pipe fittings on the radiator damages the thread, but is it true? if a person needs to change a hose, what can he do if the connections on the radiator are damaged when the hoses are unscrewed? is this true or can I proceed with the disassembly safely? I don't know if maybe you have any advice, I really appreciate it!

@@Integralingham thanks, I managed to unscrew the oil pipes from the radiator, on mine they were poorly welded and detached quite easily, however, I did it slowly, gently lubricating the threads and acting with the key gently screwing and unscrewing, both the pipes and the threads on the oil cooler they remained intact in my case !

@@Integralingham grazie ma non credo sia solo questo da fare...non ci sono anche i bulloni laterali nascosti dai passaruota ? Non è ancorato anche in altri punti il paraurti con altri bulloni da togliere? Se è solo questo sembra un operazione semplice
