Until I began my fragrance journey, I always thought that a rose smelled like a rose, smelled like a rose. It would be so interesting to find out the differences between them. Thanks for another great review!

Yess! I had completely disqualified anything with Rose in it, especially if it was named Rose for so many years! I had no clue there could be so many difference and combination of notes... Love It! 💕

I got a blast of lychee from the Nectar in the opening then a bunch of roses in the dry down. It does last and last and doesn't really change much. Def for teen girls and girls in their early to mid 20's. Very much a young person's scent.

When I look up the original idole with the pear top note my pyramid looks a lot different to the one you showed, is there any difference to the one that you showed and the one I am finding with top notes of pear, bergamot, pink pepper middle notes rose, jasmine base notes bourbon vanilla, salt, musk, heliotrope?

Yeah, those note pyramids tend to change over time with note votes, or I might have added the wrong pyramid. In the one I'm showing at the 2:20 mark, it's missing the pink pepper in the top and the patchouli and cedarwood in the base, but I am speaking of the original Idole EDP. 😊
