Hello, Jeff. I am back on this video. I just wanted to provide an update on how my job search has gone since I started watching your video. Every time I want to make an application I always come to this video. I subscribed to your channel about three weeks ago. I realised how much my previous applications had lacked. After watching this video and starting to submit my applications, I noticed that my resumes had improved significantly, and I was now being invited to one interview after another. I have been following all of the steps you mentioned in this video. You have made my life a lot easier, and I just had to come and say thank you. Having around 20 yrs of work experience, I still believe learning process never stops. Youngsters are fortunate enough to have all these platforms on their fingertips. Writing a Job winning cover letter & resume have always been a challenging task since I began my career their is no perfect resume template exists that make sure you'll get shortlisted for the first interview . In my humble opinion 60% of your cover letter & resume content remains same regardless of the position & company you're applying for the rest 40% consist of your past & present work achievements & that's what majority of the recruiters are eyeing for so it's essential to tailored that part according to every post's requirements. Also, I use ChatGPT for job searching too but I find that I ask it too much and it gives me too much good answers that my brain can't handle it all at once.
