Hi 👋, From France, I have been watching your KZbin channel crossing the North Atlantic for the last 2 weeks, I site here every morning having my breakfast watching your amazing adventure on the North Atlantic, I hope you all enjoy Europe, Many years ago I have ridden my Harley Davidson Deuce, from the Uk to the Algarve, Portugal. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the last 18 days. A great achievement on many levels. There can’t be many boats that have crossed the Pond and managed to post daily blogs, even from mid Atlantic. As you alluded to Brett, a blown Main Sail and a bit of bilge pump activity makes for a pretty benign crossing. Excellent work guys.

I've watched your channel from day one and to think of how far you've come is simply awe-inspiring. Flashing back to the days of ripping the keel off, using boat jacks to push the grid back down to fiberglass it, Jade's health struggles trying to paint the bottom while Brett was flying, and then getting re-masted after marina-drama and doing it basically in a snowstorm. You just sailed across an ocean on the wrecked sailboat that you repaired to better than new. Take a bow, y'all are inspiring!

I crossed the North Atlantic with you after following you on your channel for about a year. I've enjoyed "our" ocean voyage from my La-Z-boy recliner in my living room on the outskirts of Indianapolis. Congratulations, sailors three, on your giddy moment of jubilee. What a voyage, what an accomplishment, what a skillful and rational handling of the challenges that arose, and what a demonstration of teamwork. I'm thankful for your safety and good health...I cannot fathom what it would be like to have a medical emergency halfway across the voyage, so thank God none occurred. On that note, I would observe that in your "Land ho!" celebration your exuberance demonstrated your feeling of success (We did it!), but even more so your feeling of RELIEF (We made it!). When you rewatch this video from a non-editing point of view I believe you will see in your faces and hugs and body language a clear message of "Thank God we made it across the ocean alive." Jade talked about conquering fear, but there is apprehension in taking risks, even when well prepared for eventualities. Well, anyhow, you succeeded and the days ahead hold new challenges and new adventure. Please keep the videos coming, and may God's unseen presence guide and protect you. Your friend, Les.

I’m really going to miss your daily videos but I totally understand how much work goes into that so get a much needed rest! Sorry to hear about the storm and the damage to the boat. I wrote you a fix it list on a video from like a week ago but then the sail ripped and you took on water so you’ll have to add to that list.
