The last home with the 6 acres & green tile looks to be a very promising deal. But still request to have a home inspection before signing any contracts. Many older homes need significant reno, prep & updating work to meet today's electrical wiring & plumbing codes. In order to accommodate larger energy-saving HVAC & water heater systems.👍 (However, if you're okay with window AC units, mini-splits & tankless water heaters, you can save a ton of money on renos. So only your electric may need upgrading.)

Thank you for posting these. You do a good job of locating these affordable houses. I know some need work. The sweat equity earned by that labor may pay you better than your day job. And more importantly get you into home ownership. Which is a good pathway to building wealth. People don't have to buy a $300,000 house.
