This is what I come to every time I want to hear a "definitive" version of Penumbra Phantasm. I have the strongest feeling Toby's gonna finally release an official version, and it's gonna be part of the soundtrack for Deltarune Chapter 7. There's some evidence for it, but it's not quite strong enough to be definitive.

I don’t think there’s any inherent meaning, but given the fact that the two ARE the most integral to the final defeat of Lord English, there’s definitely room for that interpretation.
