Well ; I went and did it , and it’s all your fault! I bought a 1966 S2A 88” hard top. I think I found the only one in the western states that has not been over restored. They are going for crazy money here in the U.S., and finding one that has spent its entire life here in Central California with a clear California title , is like finding a diamond in the rough. In fact , this is all original and has spent at least the last 15 years as a worker on a 200 acre cattle ranch, until last Wednesday. After a day with a pressure washer ( cow poop remover) 💩lol, I reaffirmed it is rust free. It oozes character ( as well as other fluids), and smokes a little ( nasty habit). I have some work to do, but as I’m retired, I needed something to get my lazy butt out of the easy chair. I’m blaming this Land Rover bug on you! It’s all your fault! Thank You !!!🙏🙏👌👍

A 300tdi D90 is my dream Defender, but for now I will have to stay satisfied with my Series 3 109 and Disco 2.

They are amazing vehicles but it sounds like you have your hands full already.
