When the 'Oh No' comment came up at the beginning, I thought you had gone straight through the carboard box with your blade and slashed those gorgeous leather seats. Panic over, you hadn't. The look of this project floats my boat, its fabulous.

10:50 the lower support sits correct, but then you turn it opposite! The rubber is to dampen the carrier when it's swings open. I love your project!

Love this ....I did exactly the same years ago with a series 2A 109 soft top with a crate new Rover 3.5 V8, sprayed the body in Jaguar old english white. Agree by far the most satisfying job ever is air riveting new galv to fresh paint ..."like kissing the lips of a beautiful woman " 😁😁😁👍

Love the seats but would find the base angle too much fir my dodgy back, thought about Ré fabrication of front of seat box to allow a more level seat as this often a problem I see when after market seats are added. Apparently you can get adjustable risers for rear of seats now!

The wheel carrier looks very well build, but the lock looks like metal on metal. Isn't it going to rattle like crazy going off road? The build is coming along nicely.

Siebren it’s very tightly held against the tailgate, if it rattles I’ll add some rubber or foam to prevent but the rubber stopper should keep it from rattling 💛

hi sam unsure if this is you car or customers , but basicly that rear wheel carrier isnt the best after a few years its broken my rear tub on the top , ended up flexing over time and actually torn/cracked the tub wear the bracket mounts behind

They are recaro sportster cs, beautiful build but very expensive. Bases are not removable like the original ones.

@@pampa1996 you can get some like that with the bases that come out i bought some similar and i mounted the runners on narrow stainless marine hinges and now i just need to pull two clips and the whole seat tips backwards total result access to everything in seconds

forgot to mention doing a new build 110 so wanting new interior for it ,300 tdi auto box etc air ride too in white full csw ,just got it back from blasters took me 5 hours to spray the chassis with zinc primer and chassis paint its on nice and thick
