Yes if you connect the emlid reach rx with an rtk network through Apglos Survey Wizard than you get centimeter accuracy and you can find the construction points of the foundation of your house.

Yes you can, as long as you have the coordinates of your plots and you are in the range of an rtk correction network

To use the Emlid Reach RX you need to be able to connect it with an RTK correction network. If that is not available in your country a better option is the Emlid Reach RS2+, where you can set up a rover base solution.

The emlid reach rx does not have radio. So you can only use it with ntrip. If you want to use a base station you can use emlid reach rs2+
