Before po nagtry po ako magenroll sa iaccess ang successful nmn daw po yung enrollment ko but I have to wait daw po na masend saking email ung one time pin, unfortunately it took them a week bago nagsent sa email ko yung OTP which needs to enter within 5 minutes daw, unfortunately po ay d ko po naaccess agad unknowingly na nagsent na pala ung OTP, so this time, I'm trying to enroll again but the system said that my account is already a depositor account. Sadly, I can't still open my iaccess account and for some reasons po nalimutan ko na din po ung iaccess na nilagay ko sa form which makes it harder to access my iaccess account Please help me po. Hi Diane, thanks for asking 😊, Try this, you need to clear the cache of the app. But take note of your username ID and password. Punta ka sa app setting, hanapin mo landbnank app, may makikita kang clear cache, select clear all the data. Restart your cellphone, disconnect and connect ka sa wifi or data mo pero make sure na malakas wifi mo or signal ng data mo. Then ulitin mo mag login. I hope this one works👍

Pagka-click po, enter niyo lang po yung username, then click "Submit". 2. Then, enter niyo po yung One-Time Pin (to be sent on your email or phone number). Saka po sagutin ang security question.

Ang tagal mag send ng OTP. After ko ma receive ang code na binigay nila is lagpas na ng 5 minutes. Mag regenerate na naman. Hanggang ngayun po wala pa ring OTP na binigay. Hays

Gusto ko magfundtransfer kaso every time na iiwan ko na ang iaccess at magcheck sa email ng sinend na OTP pagbalik ko sa iacess nagreresponse siya na incorrect na OTP at nagsisend uli sa email.
