Hi Jimmy, pwede din pero kung kaya mong tumawag na lang sa Landbank. pwede nila iunlock or ireset yung password over the phone. pwede mo rin iraise yung issue about sa otp delay.

Hi Jimmy, pag via instapay, yes within the day lang normally. Pag pesonet, hindi talaga sya mabilis ma transfer, dati inaabot pa ng more than 3 days.

Hello po na lock po userid ko pero di ko ma unlock dahil hindi na gamit ang registered phone sinunod kopo lahat requirements pero po di sila nagtereply sa email ko ni request ko na isend sa email ang otp tapos new phone no wala pa din . punta po kayo sa branch kung san kayo nag open ng account. ipa update nyo po yung info nyo, pwede nyo na din idouble check yung iaccess id and password. also, para di ka na pabalik balik, pwede mo na rin ipa enable yung bills payment and fund transfer na option if you need it.

call landbank, you can ask them to unlock your account, they will ask you an OTP from the mobile number you registered when you opened your bank account to landbank. But still you need to know your password to access your account and then change the security question's answer.
