I use cots for reassembly. Often not for disassembly as the parts are inspected and cleaned immediately.

Great video, thanks for sharing. A question, I have a Breitling chronographe (same ad the one in the video), the pins that attach the dial to the plate are broken, will the watch still work, is it possible to glue the pins or you will need to replace the dial? Thanks

Ideally the dial feet will need soldering back in place. This requires specialised equipment. You can however use dial dots which are small double sided adhesive pads you can buy from supply houses like cousins in the UK.

I noticed that when you took of the dial there was no dial washer in place. Did it fall away and not caught on camera?

I don't recall on this one but not all watches use a dial washer. I believe this one should so likely I just removed it and it wasn't filmed.
