Landing at the Airport Near Mount Everest is So Dangerous (but I had to try it)

Landing at One of the World's MOST DANGEROUS AIRPORTS. Sitting at nearly 10,000 feet above sea level, Lukla, Nepal is considered the base camp for Mount Everest and is the main location for climbers who wish to ascend to the peak. The airport in Lukla is built into the side of a mountain which makes this landing quite interesting (and dangerous). It is often regarded as one of the most dangerous and difficult landings in the world because of the potential for treacherous weather conditions along with the fact that the runway is built INTO the town and has many potential obstructions. To make the landing more fun, the runway is also sloped upwards a severe amount. This is a fun, challenging landing for any pilot in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and X Plane 11.
