I'd guess Feb, because that's when the video was published. In Argentina it would be like August the because the seasons are opposite from North America...

I know that personal confuser, while the months don't change the seasons however are the opposite. While it's cold in February here, it would be warm there because it would be like the weather of that of August. Get it?
