ㅎㄷㄷ 카본가루 조심하새요. 폐로 들어가면 치명적인 발암물질입니다. 가공시 마스크 꼭 쓰시고, 왠만하면 실외에서 작업하는거 추천드려요. 물을 뭍혀서 또는 물에 담구고 가공하면 카본 분진을 줄일 수 있습니다. 아이 건강도 챙겨야죠 !!😍😍

게다가 카본 필라멘트가 일반 필라멘트보다 좋은건 잘 안 휜다는 거밖에 없어서 좀 별로임. 차라리 abs 로 얇게 뽑고 카본 라미네이션을 하는게 나을꺼같음.

PA-CF 카본이 무게대비 더 단단하고 고열까지 버틸수 있어서 변속기 고열, 모터고열, 여름에 차안 고열 등때문에 카본으로 갈수밖에 없었습니다^^ ABS는 일반필라멘트보다 챔버안 열이 중요해 프린트난이도가 상당합니다 . 좋은 의견 감사합니다

@@LaLaRC 1. 나일론이면 습기 먹으면 필라멘트 버리지 않나요? 드라이박스 사서 거기 안에 두고 필라멘트만 빼는게 좋을듯요. 2. 챔버 안 온도 유지가 문제라면 히터를 달아보세요. 저는 레진 프린터를 쓰는데 그 안에다 부화기용 히터 키트 사서 달았습니다. 3. 정밀한 부품이 필요하시면 레진 프린팅도 고려해 보세요. 일반적인 레진은 내충격성이 아주 약하지만, 제가 쓰고 있는 siraya blu (아마존에서 50달라에 판매) 와 같은 엔지니어링 레진은 ABS 급으로 튼튼합니다. 단, 후처리가 상당히 복잡하긴 합니다.

Try tempering your printed parts that need extra strength. This involves encasing the part it plaster and heating to melting temperature. The layers will bond completely.

네 사진과 영상 프라모텔등을 보고 기타 다른 RC랜딩기어들 구조를 유심히 보고 만들어보고 3번정도 재프린트후 영상찍고 있습니다 완벽할때까지 설계안 수정하고 싶지만 늦어지면 업로드가 자꾸 밀려서요ㅜ 외부는 여러모로 고민중인데 현재로선 상당히 오래걸릴듯하고 직접설계해 3D프린트로 진행할까합니다. 3T 압축스티로폼으로 할까도 생각해봤는데 아무래도 신박해야하니깐요^^ 칭찬 감사합니다

외피도 일단 PLA나 PETG로 여러시도를 해볼생각입니다. 압축 스티로폼도 고려해보고 있긴한데 가볍지만 PLA와 무게가 차이를 보여준 유튜브 영상을 보니깐 그닥 차이나진 않았습니다 가벼운 PLA가 있긴한데 구하기가 쉽지않네요 외피는 늘 숙제입니다^^
