Not exactly an authentic launch profile, but the rocket looked really nice.

Try turrning the rocket slowly while still in the atmosphere it saves some delta v. I usually go for the 45-degree mark at around 15,000 meters and hold that angle until i get the apogee i want. Unless your playing RSS then the turn needs to be more steep.
