Great advice, I think for beginners it can help to use tools like go high level etc. but for more advanced businesses it's a no-go, like you perfectly explained.

Hey Miles, great video! I'm considering Thrive Cart & will use your link when I buy. One question, what do you think of Podia as a landing page builder? I am considering it as it comes with email automation and allows you to sell digital products and courses, but more wanting your perspective of using it as a landing page builder. Thanks!

I'm not a fan. I know several people who used it and have since migrated away. I'd recommend leadpages or Architect... and aweber or activecampaign for email.

Could you use ActiveCampaign as your landing page builder and email provider? Why would you pay an extra $49 for lead pages landing page builder when Active Campaign has a landing page builder? Cheers

This maybe a stupid question but why would I not use stripe for my sales cart rather than thrive or Sam cart?
@MilesB10 ай бұрын
Stripe connects with the shopping carts. They give you important features like the ability to do bump offers and upsells while controlling the design to maximize revenue.

I appreciate your perspective on all in one marketing tools. I was considering going with go high level. For the reason I own more Academy and I need the ability to have a sales funnel a CRM, the ability to market to individuals who have not entered my trial program. I.e. A database reactivation automation. As well as the ability to track my students payments class attendance, and everything else that is associated with my Academy. Any suggestions on the tech for my academy?

Would any of these options be good for lead gen in the Real Estate sector not selling physical products or a need for a cart?

Thanks for this. Very informative. Is this more time consuming or can you outsource this to get this done?

I like the idea of separating functions. Minimising disruptions due to company changes is definitely important! FYI, I noticed a missing 'b' in the Aweber link you provided in the description.

I think this is a fair take! If I was building a strictly online business, then I would keep things decentralized 100%. Personally, I use GHL for clients that are local brick and mortar businesses, but I don't build the websites on GHL, and we don't really focus on email for them. Mainly I use GHL for the call/text system for local businesses because they all suck at responding to calls. Its kind of been a perfect marriage with Local SEO. Also I 100% hate the affiliate hype that GHL has, and they certainly try to do wayyy too many things but it works for my use case. I wouldn't recommend GHL to anyone that is in build mode. The learning curve is too steep and there are too many shiny objects. Stay focused and keep things simple!
