One of the most common hurdles for new landlords is the guilt they face when asking their tenants for money, compliance with the lease terms, or just permission to get inside and see what's going on. I offer my suggestions on where to find help, and I invite landlords in the Houston area to let me see their rental properties in person in exchange for some free advice.

That sounds risky considering social security amount changes so often

Naturally, there may be complications leasing property to anyone with limited resources, but that is only one factor, so it should not deter you in and of itself.
