My boss magraheb am Francis from Korle- bu the rent issues in Ghana here is serious oooo. I work at makola we were paying Gh1500 a month, now the landlord has increase to 600 US dollars.

Ghana i don't think rent control have control over landlords in Especially Accra. Rent in Accra is just crazy. A single room without porch is even 350gh per month. Hmmm

My landlord increased my single room self-contained rent from 170ghc per month to 300ghc and even that one I was outraged 😂

We need more context in this situation. He should explain how long his former rent agreement lasted. It could be his former agreement was made 5 to 10 years ago, this can explain the drastic change in price😂😂😂😂. He should come and elaborate
