What I love about your videos is that you aren't over top excessively confident, with fake excited intros. A lot of these investors make free videos and downloadable books then sales people call you to get you on courses of nearly £1000, this is their passive income. I love your view. You cover the downfalls + you don't have plush City offices for video locations, and only talking about the no money down. That is BS. What annoys me is they always talk about their life styles and holidays. That comes after the hard work not the incentive. Keep going. I'll be watching your videos. Your price of your course is perfect. Thanks guys.

Realist property legends on KZbin. Nobody ever talks about the hidden costs . I’ve been looking to get into this and I soon realised that people always seem to make it out to be easy like u can just sit back and let it roll in , and that’s not the case . KZbin and anyone looking to get into property are blessed to have use two on here and explaining how real it is. Thank you 🙏

Wow! You 2 are relentlessly awesome! Obviously, I have seen all your videos and followed your amazing journey every step so far. Yes, tenants will have electric heaters on full blast and windows opened whilst they are out just because it's all included in their rent... This is not helpful for you or people in your position but sadly, that's the attitude of some tenants... You guys sorted it and it will save you £££ Such amazing real content. xx

It is so sad that people are sold this dream of no oney down all the time, but in reality the reason what makes this so much worse is that there are no regulations in place to stop the so-called gurus to sell such tactics to newbies. We have so many regulations in place for property and not everyone is talking about those. Me for example I had trouble opening a damn bank account for my sourcing bussines, and there I was not to long ago thinking that it will be just a walk in the park lol and on top of that I need to wait for some money to get compliant and it's a pain that I'm constrained by this issue of constantly no money. So I believe it's safe to say that I fully understand now what it takes to even start not mentioning to be able to cary on. Great vid as always!

Hey guys, I have two BTL and have 2 R2R HMO's, one refurbed and ready, the other should be ready at the end of the month - my question, is it a good thing to outsource the tenant find and tenant management within R2R HMO, the numbers still work but I'm not sure if this is a thing with R2R, I can then focus on the bits I enjoy like getting the property ready etc - what do you think? I have never enjoyed the management side, if you think its good to do that then any recommendations for HMO managers in Liverpool? my strategy is to build the R2R business to enough cashflow to then buy properties, I also work 2 jobs at the same time, thanks, appreciate all that you do!

@@FontaineBrothers Yes that makes sense, I 'm just thinking whilst it grows and I still have to work the day job too to be able to keep the money in the business, use the money to keep growing it, I wonder if I'd be able to set up more R2R not managing the tenants than if I did, resulting in higher profits long term. good to get your reply tho guys, appreciate that.

As a renting tenant, there is not a cat in hell's chance that I would deal with anyone except the direct landlord or their direct agent after receiving a s.48 Notice. No one else counts in the legal process. If any of these sub-freelancing chancers dared set foot over my front door trying to do something on the behalf of the agent, I would call the police for trespassing.
