I do too. Sadly, as a landlord, I've been stuck twice by disabled. The intent of the law is so they must be treated the same as anybody else. But did you know it's nearly impossible to get financial recovery from someone collecting disability? That brings a different meaning to his phrase "protected class".

Sometimes, people need peace, quiet, and safety if they barely survived years of SEVERE life-threatening abuse. It seems like It ALWAYS scars survivors, but there's still a reminder somewhere along with triggers. When you have a landlord who's otherwise a good landlord suddenly Hounding you about stuff and "nitpicking", slow to fix stuff like leaks, it can be another problem because you don't know that they're not Subtly trying to drive you out of your happy home. This is ESPECIALLY true when there's no legal grounds to evict, and you've been a good quiet resident paying the rent in full on time each month. When the landlord starts nitpicking, that's when you need to save all correspondence for future legal help, if things get out of hand. What worsens matters is when you know your landlord drinks excessively, and then drives after drinking. I need to save as much evidence as possible because sometimes people say and do stuff drunk they won't say or do when sober In cases of disability, You might need two different types of lawyers. One to handle renters' rights, and the other to handle disability rights Sometimes the landlord may cleverly hang your residency over your head while forcing you into agreeing with their agenda. When you assert your rights is when it can happen when you try to firmly stand your ground. They tend to pick on what they THINK is the weakest link, and it's usually a crime of OPPORTUNITY when they find out you're ALONE. This is when they can THINK you're vulnerable and can easily be a DOORMAT. This can be ESPECIALLY true if you've been putting up with things for quite a LONG time that eventually worked themselves out. No matter the situation, save all correspondence surrounding a problem, because you might need it later when you hand over your phone to a lawyer, or send them copies of correspondence. If your software allows it, star all messages to protect them against deletion when you clear your log to keep it shorter and more manageable. I found out long ago about the Facebook Messenger that if your conversation law gets too long, your messenger will mail function sometime. That's why you want to clear your log and keep it as short as possible by deleting old conversations. You need to unsend conversations within that particular app when you're done with them and the conversation is done If you just have a friendly general conversation That leads to nothing bad, those are the conversations you can clear. But if you have a conversation about a problem , save all correspondence to protect against deletion. Even if your software doesn't allow protecting texts from deletion, take screenshots, and put them in a specific folder for quick easy access . I'm talking about going in your digital photo collection, marking certain photos and moving them to a separate folder for quick easy access within your device Don't put up forever If things seem like they could get out of hand. Sometimes you may have a rental situation where you really like your landlord a lot, as some people do. However, there comes a limit In some certain types of situations Where you should have as little contact with them as possible And no when the conversation must end. Sometimes it might be helpful in some of those cases to make yourself as scarce as possible, when it's REASONABLY APPROPRIATE to do so. If you ever get a good landlord, keep them as long as possible, and treat them well. Sometimes with Sometimes with certain landlords, they happen to be more than just a blessing, but also a lesson to be learned. Blessings can bring lessons We may need later, and we can start by practicing right where we are and learning how to handle situations that are in our path right then and there. Where you are now, you can use what you learned for future situations that may come along. What I'm talking about is maybe where are you are now could be brought by God to prepare you for something else that he has for you long before you find out about it could be could be a preparation stage in your life that could launch you into your calling later. You just don't know unless God reveals it For instance, I had several prophetic dreams where I was US president and now I'm watching what God does with it, what occurs in the world, how it unfolds, who he uses and so much more. If by chance what I saw in each one of those dreams really is the meaning, then I'm going to have to learn how to behave like a president, how to talk like one, dress like one and walk like one. I'm also going to have to start learning what I need to know just.... in.... case.... That's because I don't know that tomorrow I might not get that call to take an actual physical step of faith and obedience to God. Here in 2023 from what I heard, it sounds to me like God has been sending people into positions of power, which by the way, really encourages me to keep watching what God's I need to start really keeping my eyes on God More Than Ever Before Because I never know when I might not get the call, because it could be tomorrow! I have to live as though that call could come even today Because I just don't know. I didn't even know I was going to get those prophetic dreams When I did, two of them had an after feel as though they were more than just dreams but were in the spirit realm Because obviously it seems I might have possibly been in the spirit based on what I can describe in my waking after that dream I thought was a dream. Some people have been able to describe situations where at least in one case anyway, they were told it was not a dream. That tells you right there it wasn't a dream, but it was and in the spirit experience, which is what COULD POSSIBLY be what 2 unique types of types of my prophetic dreams about US presidency was about. There were numerous others also, but two of them in particular so far have really stood out like they might not have been dreams at all, but maybe I was in the spirit. Anyone who's had anything similar where something seems like it was more than just a dream, will know what I'm talking about. Unless you've actually been there, you won't know because you'll be clueless. If you have been there, then you'll know how some certain things after a dream sounds familiar to your own situation

Sometimes you happen to be where you don't belong anyway, so it could be a situation where it's time to leave. Sometimes leaving just isn't possible, and this can be especially true if you lack money and resources. Plus, if you're alone and especially more so if God worked through others to put you there for a time or maybe for life. Sometimes, you might know if someone can't be uprooted depending on the situation. Sometimes, some of those situations might be established by God, but you have no way of knowing in those specific types of situations. You might actually be in a certain area God planted you in for a time in order to maybe protect someone, a certain area or even a certain dwelling, you just don't know. If an area has been full of corruption, God might be using you to spare that area from extreme judgment if he sees you as righteous When he really doesn't want to destroy the area for whatever reason. Sometimes, it's God's plan for reasons unknown to you to be right where you are, for however long God wants you there. If you leave, something bad could end up happening whether it be big or small, (and you might not know until after the fact). We might not understand, but sometimes it's God who puts us in certain places for a reason. If it's God who places you there, then you belong there. If God puts you somewhere and he means for you to actually stay there, then he's going to make it impossible for you to be uprooted

Like giving certain brain disabilities more time to make the payment? For example, a wheelchair is a tool used to help overcome the tether of a physical disability. In schools, extra time and other methods are the tools used to overcome tethers like adhd and autism. Although, that really has more to do with learning how to make a schedule and write things down so I suppose that would be the actual tool and more time is just a crutch. Perhaps the landlord can make sure to send extra notices and reminders to help. That constant nagging would be more helpful to me than more time for me to procrastinate/forget time exists. Maybe allowing to make smaller weekly payments as a person receives their own work paychecks for those of us with non-existent sense of time or money.

I live in Okeechobee Florida and there's no help here. I don't know what to do. I was ultimately evicted buy a new land owner. I was verbally abused psychologically abused bullied or I felt like even taking my own life. Everything is on text. I have evidence of everything I have evidence of him going into my mailbox and then going to the courthouse and lying. I'm a disabled American woman. A Romanian man has come into my country with a little bit of Mommy's money and destroyed our little community. I've called everybody from here to Miami. I have called your legal aid. And the lady that keeps answering says that no attorneys work out here.... Pretty much this is not even part of America the way that I was abused over here. I only have rescue cats in my life I have no one else my family is dead. Everybody had rescue cats back there by the train tracks behind center mass gun range. I was terrified I took a full-time job risking my disability now I get no benefits. No food stamps. He made me homeless and I have proof.... I haven't had a quality-of-life since he bought that property. No one cares.

Nothing personal but I'm going to point out what America is facing right now here in 2023, and that's a migrant crisis. No country can take everyone, and it's about time people go back where they came from and quit taking up our resources. What I'm going to say is going to be hard to hear, but it must be said, and don't take it personally! If there's no help where you are, then it's a strong sign it's time to go. Go back where you came from and quit taking advantage of America 👎😡 Our country has already faced not only multiple shutdowns because of bankruptcy, but also because of sending too much money into the hands of others who aren't entitled to it. Too much foreign aid and too much of our American dollars being drained from American public programs and going into people's hands who aren't really entitled to it. The overall money mismanagement has been going on for I don't know how long. Guaranteed you could be talking to a future God selected president. If I was in that Oval Office right now I'd be finishing the wall, closing the gates, electing ice all around certain areas and making them go door-to-door and start deporting every last migrant. No country can take everyone. We must help only if help is needed for a very short amount of time until that particular emergency based on the person's needs is successfully resolved and they can go back. Unless God has sent you here specifically, then you need to go back. I would enforce strict deportation if I was in that Oval Office right now because we need to reclaim what's rightfully ours Not only do we need to stop most foreign aid, but we need to reclaim our land, affordable housing, get the homeless off the street and back on their feet for starters. There are people hungry within our own country, and we need to start prioritizing only the rightful Americans who were actually born and raised right here in America. We need to reserve all of our resources for them first and foremost just like your immediate household will prioritize your immediate household with your immediate households necessities. The supplies within your immediate household are your households resources. Think of this on a massive Country scale, Now you see exactly what I'm talking about. When there's a crisis at home, you send all the company home so you could deal with that crisis unless certain select people have been designated to help with that crisis. We need to do the same thing in our own country. We need to get everyone out of here who wasn't born and raised here so we can start tackling every single problem that needs addressed. We need to get them out of our housing especially the affordable housing, off of our social security system and start saving some of that money into our Social Security Treasury. That money in Social Security has primarily been the taxes people have been paying into during their work years. Anything extra goes to the poor and disabled. There have been rumors of certain people within the government who have been stealing from Social Security for how long I don't know how it's true it is, but if it is true then we need to claw back every single dime and start stopping the programs that are in the wrong hands and reclaim that money from those programs and reserved them only for those who were born and raised here in America. If I was in the old office right now these would be the changes. If you're getting any of our social security and you weren't born and raised in America, you can't have any of our money from American public programs that should be strictly reserved for only those who were born and raised here. If you don't have no way to support yourself, then you're a financial drain on our country. That house you're living in right now, you're taking something away from a rifle American who was born and raised here and needs that house you're living in. This is why people can't find affordable housing and this is why you were kicked out. It wasn't so much your animal that was there, but you don't belong here. Take it as a hint to go home among your own people and free up that house for someone who was born and raised in America who needs that house. We already have too many homeless on the street as it is. Taking a house away from some homeless person who needs it, someone who was born and raised in America I guarantee you if I was US president right now and you don't know that might not happen in the future, I'd be making some very serious desperate changes based on what I see, dire needs of the poor and homeless Another change I'm making is over the affordable housing where landlords have made it near impossible for those on Section 8 to find affordable housing. Now I see part of the reason why eminent domain is a thing. The problem though is that it's being misused against those with Family Farms that need to stay in their families to sustain that family for generations to come. Another problem I see is those without Family Farms are being forced out of their homes with eminent domain, and they want to keep their homes. This is especially true if it's your primary home and it's not for sale. Eminent domain can confiscate the land out from under greedy landlords who refused to help where help is absolutely necessary. I don't condone legalized theft. I guess we're going to have to wait and see what God does about stuff like this. Hopefully those who are on Section 8 will be able to get temporary tiny homes and live in them until suitable housing is found. Meanwhile, quit making housing away from rightful Americans who were born and raised in America. I don't condone harassed by no means. I think your landlord could possibly have handled things better. You really need to go back where you came from and quit joining all the other migrants and infiltrating America because our country doesn't belong to you. I live in eastern Washington, been dealing with mold , asbestos, leaks, bubbled floors, in my apt for 6 years. I'm a senior disabled person, and live in subsidized apartments. I can't breath, just spent 6 hours in hospital. many talks to mgt, and owners, and work orders that haven't been acknowledged. Smoke detectors don't work either.Been to health dept, called 4 attorneys in area, called asbestos removal, and plumbers. Can't find an attorney to get owners to fix this problem. I have no transportation except my walker and my mobility scooter. I'm dying here and no one seems to be there to help.

My landlord here in Colorado has been told twice by the health department that this house I'm renting has mold in it but he still hasn't done anything about it. I have asthma and 4 parakeets. Every time I turn on the heater, my furnace is gas and is in the basement, so all that stinky mold smell comes straight from the basement on up through the vents. Nobody will do shit about it. Ironically, there is no smoke detector in my house and yet there's a fire extinguisher. How does that make sense?

My rights as a disabled tenant are being violated heavily and I want to sue the landlord and her realtor for the incessant mental distress they have caused me throughout this entire process of the rental being shown for sale. I'm mentally ill and they know this, yet continue to cause mental distress and have been warned that I will sue if they don't quit. Only problem is, I can't find a Colorado lawyer who will help me with that. Legal aid here is a joke, they don't do landlord-tenant cases.

Also do you know it's a federal crime to steal other people's mail and they can get into a lot of trouble if it can be proven that they took it and so you need to contact your local post office and instead of dealing with the workers I would go straight to whoever is the head Postmaster General there and if you don't get any help well then I would contact at the 1-800 number the United States Postmaster General of the whole country although it's harder to get through to them but you will be able to Lodge a complaint and make sure you give your landlord's name and the address and what the medications were and then you call up your insurance company also and tell them about it

One thing I know for a fact is.. 'Landlords'.. Most of them. Are liers!. Plus in a big Apartment building. Owners will have someone to manage their building. Most of them are getting good money to be the same. Rule one. Get rid of a nusence!. Rule 2.. The kind of people they are dealing with are Sec 8 people. To them that means. They just throw them back out into the street. For the most part that is where we will end up. So because now your literally in the streets or shelter and there you are wondering how did this happen to you. And even though you know for a fact that you have a very strong law suit against property management and the hidden owners of that property. Things that are takeing place. They know that alot of us dont have the money. Means nor car or family to help us. So they just move on to the next. Because we just get a big run around. So in circles we go until we tire. Well ...

I won't say that doesn't ever happen, but considering that denying someone is it's own potential legal pitfall (even if it can be justified, that doesn't mean you won't have to go to the time and expense of dealing with it in court), it's not as big an issue as you might assume. Again, it's worth keeping in mind that the ability to request an accommodation doesn't necessarily mean the landlord is on the hook to pay for it.

Another type of accommodation is physical barriers within one's own yard and parking area If you have a certain infrastructure design where your parking space is right there by your entrance, you have a right to have a physical barrier there to keep other cars out of it I had a problem with a landlord harassing me over items that have been in the same spots for years with absolutely no problem until a dumpster incident, but I won't get into that here. all I'll say is there was absolutely no notice whatsoever that a dumpster was coming and not to use it. Instead of handling it in a nice friendly manner, the landlord had the gall to not only question, but interrogate the resident for several minutes in a harsh manner. Then he went a step further to leave at tiny little bit of trash back on the residents doorstep instead of giving a little bit of lead weigh and just leaving the trash alone and allowing the resident to pay a small fee to just leave the trash in that dumpster. Come to find out, it was a situation where the landlord rented the dumpster and he had to take some stuff out of the another apartment. Fast forward later, he went on to tell the disabled resident that eventually the physical barrier protecting the disabled persons parking space will eventually go. Then he comes back around one night and suggests that either the disabled resident agrees to allow that physical barrier to be downsized through a physical modification, or it was suggested that the disabled resident can consider moving. This was hung over the disabled residents head and the resident was forced into the situation. The disabled resident doesn't want anyone messing with the physical barrier protecting that parking space. We may need a disability rights lawyer to get involved if it goes any further and another word is said about it by the landlord. This same barrier has been in place for a number of years and is being used for multiple purposes. No one ever bothers around there, the landlord complains when he must move the thing for mowing. Well, it's respected if things must be moved from mowing, no problem whatsoever. The landlord has complained that the barrier falls apart when he moves it. That's because he doesn't know how to handle the barrier like the owner does, so the rightful owner of the item offered to move it themselves if they knew when the landlord would be around to mow. The owner doesn't want the landlord meddling in their life. They can't legally tell you how to live, but forcing you into a situation and hanging your residency over your head is a way of forcing their will into your life and interfering with your way of life by making you live with less of what you're using, especially when you need it all! That's why a disability rights lawyer may be needed if this goes any further. It's bad enough when a landlord is slow to fix a leak into that person's apartment knowing there's a Plumbing Leak above the ceiling. The rent may soon have to go to Escrow if this isn't promptly addressed, so the disabled resident may have two cases here combined into one big case. Moving just isn't possible due to a lack of funds and other resources. Plus, the disabled resident lives alone and has no family, so the landlord can have section 8 wrapped around his finger. Yes, it seems like someone is taking advantage of what they think is a weak link. That's why some lawyers may need to step in real soon if things get to a certain point

Already weird but they can do anything especially Texas it seems and desperate families just allow laws to be broken too afraid to fight back. She's messing with the wrong person. I think next time you should do this contact the Better Business Bureau and also make sure you contact the state's attorney general for fraudulent or possible fraudulent practices and whatever else she is doing that is not right . Think about sending an email to your local major news Affiliates such as CBS , NBC , or ABC ... they usually have a consumer affairs or consumer protection segment and that's who you want to contact and maybe they'll do a piece on you and expose your landlord for the piece of you know what that she seems to be . Look for a pro bono lawyer that is a lawyer who will take your case without being paid up front and when they win the case and they usually do then they get paid . For example author John Grisham ,when he was a lawyer , did a lot of Pro Bono cases to help people . It's also very good advertising for them if they can get it into the newspapers or on the TV news . Think about getting family friends and everyone to put your complaints on Facebook and you might get lucky and it might go viral and you might get help . Evil people don't like to be exposed for the dark creatures that they are . Also contact the Texas Apartment Association and tell them what is going on make sure everything is documented show all documents send them pictures make sure you have copies of everything and save the originals for yourself . I think where I live in Genesee County New York we have one lawyer. And I have never got any help from them when I asked for help with issues with landlords. I have one leg I never asked anything for my landlord if I did he'd probably put me out in the street because we only have a month by month lease being on Section 8 and having less rights than other people. If we complain about having things fixed they're going to raise our rent or throw us out it's not just me. Other people can withhold their rent until the landlord fixes something you can't on Section 8 that's mainly the biggest problem how come people who are poor and handicapped don't have the same rights as others? Yeah they told me I can get it for being in alcoholic but that would have ruined me I don't drink anymore but I did then. For years and I had a really bad foot with a hole the size of a quarter in the bottom of it and they told me there's nothing wrong with me the Social Security office in Rochester New York after I took a bus from Batavia and walked like a mile on crutches. I'm really interested in the rights of disabled people and people on HUD Section 8. Not just for myself for everyone else who is living in a substandard home which is being paid for by the government to the rich people who don't bother to fix anything and they just keep getting richer of my Social Security money and government money and my kids welfare money when they were here and if I asked to have a roof fixed I am told no. I was almost evicted I know something's going to happen cuz they're fixing the roof I'm just wondering what they're going to do to me next. You got people down here in Batavia pulling strings who don't like me and trying to put me out in the street and saying I threatened them on film shutting me off and they still work there and they're not an inspector and they were in my basement couple years ago they told me to clean out my stuff when I had one leg which they knew I could not do but my landlords helper did. This lady Becky has it out for me. I had to have a congressman get my section 8 back in 2009 when I had two children here it's really bad the way they treat people who are disabled on assistance at the HUD office in Batavia New York. They will tell me things like this lady Becky. She will say well if you don't like it give up your section 8 and I'll just give it to somebody else if you don't like it you can move which cost so much money these people are really bad that work at the HUD office the inspector doesn't know anything the roof is leaking he's in my house looking up at the toilet through the hole in the floor finally the roof is being fixed and I'm wondering what's going to happen to me next? And the only reason they didn't do anything to me because they're scared I'm going to call somebody in the government cuz they do it to other people and shut them off for complaining or if they make you move that's what they do then it's not the landlord's fault cuz it's supposed to be substandard they make you move and they move the next victim in that's the way it is and that's not the way it's supposed to be and that's the way it needs to change it needs to change and it won't change in my lifetime even if they tried right now there are so many slums I know what I'm talking about but I don't know is all of the laws

Sometimes though, if the apartment is all the way up stairs, then the person wouldn't be able to rent it in the first place if there's no elevator. That is unless they weren't told that it was all the way upstairs.... And that there's no elevator The landlord would have to put that tenant up in certain cases at their own expense In a hotel or motel until structure changes are made, because obviously it wasn't that tenants fault they found themselves in that situation . Again, there are some situations where the landlord must pay for the tenant to temporarily stay In a temporary accommodation until changes are made. Then you have situations where maybe structure changes CAN'T be made. Once you find out where all the supports are for the building, the plumbing and wiring, changes might not necessarily be able to be made in certain cases. Depending on the building and how it was made will depend on whether or not it can be structurally modified. If it can't, then the tenant must get all of their money back along with reasonable extra for their troubles, so they can find another place that's more accommodating. What I'm saying is sometimes changes can't always be made to the building structure. In some cases some structures may have to be torn down and completely rebuilt with an all new design, which would be too costly for one situation. Let's say you live in an old historical home within a historical district. Yes, some places may be able to be accommodated for within reason, but depending on other things will depend on if structure changes can be made, sometimes they can't be done Some areas within certain areas of a historical district may even open their homes for public tours depending on the events that are going on. This is another good reason why sometimes you can't always modify a Historical structure. So it's not just this, but also how the home was made when it was originally built. Different things MUST be considered Before changing the structure of a historical building Before changing the structure of a historical building. Not all of them will be able to be restructured while others can, (but restructuring might be limited). Knowing the law is one thing, but just be mindful of what situations might be like in a historical situation when dealing with historical buildings. Again, not all of them can be restructured, depending on how everything was designed when it was built

What if you already live in an upstairs apartment. You have to move because you can't really do the steps, the walk to the apartment as well. It's becoming a problem. I am already on SSD, I do work in a position that accommodates my needs, thankfully. I need to break my lease to move in a one-story home that is set up better for my issues. I have had some issues with this new management company, they are horrible with the property and I have complained about upkeep around the community. So it's going to be a battle. Can I get out of my lease if I send a sixty-day letter to move out on December 31, 2023? My lease ends on July 14, 2024. I have to give 60-day notice normally. Inhibiting the use of a property can also include outdoor areas that came with your place Let's say you have a private area depending on designs that may vary, and you have two or three parking spaces and one of them you want to protect. You may have a physical barrier in that spot you want to protect, maybe even part of a second parking spot where you don't want no one parking. I've actually had this particular type of problem before I slowly started obtaining physical barriers in, and I was being blocked and even out of my entrance due to parking alone. Some places may also have a loading zone that also needs protection. Physical barriers work FAR BETTER than just signs or just telling people to stay out of those areas. PHYSICAL barriers WORK, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! If you have certain outdoor territory and the landlord is telling you to make changes to outdoor physical barriers when there's NEVER been a problem BEFORE, the problem is with the LANDLORD, NOT you. Just because they have a problem moving something for mowing doesn't mean it needs changed or that they have a right to criticize and hang your residency over your head if you don't agree with giving them their way. Now you know why it's vital to firmly stand your ground and record everything. If the landlord can take pictures and even talk to Others behind your back, specifically if you're on section 8, then who knows what that landlord who's been talking to Section 8 for years has been saying about you until the landlord finally decides to mention it. If it's a safety concern, then yes, fix the issue. If you've had something in a specific spot and then the landlord suddenly decides to have a childish temper tantrum and throw your outdoor stuff in a pile outside of your entrance when he's never done so before, then the landlord has a problem, not you. When you fix necessary issues, the landlord has no more right to say another thing about nothing else, which is why I'm pointing out everything I'm saying here because I've actually faced these these issues. A friend of mine described one particular situation as nitpicking. She's been through it before, and she described what to look for. She said no sooner than you fix one issue they don't like, they're picking on you about something else. My friend went on to explain that those who nitpick only do this when there's no legal grounds to get rid of you. She said they make your life so miserable that you'll want to leave, which is why they do it when they have a secret plan you know nothing about it. Even if they reveal their plan to you, they might make that miserable for you and make you want to leave, which is what their secret plan really is. If you leave, they win. If they win, They'll realize they can pull this on someone else and get away with it. That's why you need to get a lawyer involved who handles these matters . Retaliation can come when you firmly assert your rights, especially if you don't know whether or not they have a secret agenda. This agenda could inhibit your use of even your outdoor space by disrupting your way of life. If they can't tell you how to live, they may find ways to disrupt your way of life , which might also include demanding allowing changes to certain outdoor items that you're using, especially for SPECIFIC multiple purposes , and those purposes were fully explained. When I explained what I was doing, in one area he kept shaking his head and I kept saying "oh yes I DO", and "oh yes I AM" using that item for THAT purpose, and I need it ALL!! When I explained part of my way of life He acknowledged in advanced that he knew I wasn't going to like what he was going to say.... By the way, he had been drinking right around THAT time. Oh yes, and he does drive after drinking! I'm all for having a small amount of alcohol for health, but I'm against excessive drinking. I grew up around drunken parents who went too far. Many people who drink tend to use the alcohol wrong because they're drinking for the wrong reasons Instead of dealing with issues That don't require drinking. If you're taking small amounts for health or to help clear up certain illnesses, then you're doing right as long as you don't abuse it. I guarantee if I ever become US president, I'm going to see what options are available to make alcohol less accessible and to start teaching the public how to use it right. I can use my story as a testimony of that and how small amounts Have help me in the past and even saved my life on one particular occasion . I'm going to see to what extent I can make alcohol available for RX only along with baby formula . Too many women these days don't breastfeed like they should . I understand that some women can't, which is who those that formula is for . Those who can, I'm going to see how I can make formula unavailable for those who can breastfeed And has been proven medically to be able to do so . Also listen if you have a laptop or a computer you could be making money from the home and if you are good in English you could be making money from the home is a proofreader there are a lot of videos about it and you could easily make $50 an hour . If you're good at English and grammar you could easily make that much an hour and you can make even more working with publishing houses and authors . You'd be able to work from the home and maybe not even need the disability anymore if you're making too much money and that might be a plus unless you really need their corrupt big pharma health insurance but I say you're better off doing without it if you can . You can always lie and research and look for the names of all the publishing companies that went out of business because many of them have gone out of business since 2008 and you can just lie if they look into your work record and pick a publishing house and claim you worked for them for x amount of years ... doubtful they'll look into your background . At the time I was currently housed in Pike County Pennsylvania county jail on bogus charges. Charges will be dismissed shortly. My mother died my sister signed her house over to my nephew he signed for both houses my sister kept $50,000 my mother had got caught illegally using her credit cards. And my nephew got a bank account with $500,000 in it. My sister signed the title of her house over to my nephew to avoid me getting anything. I am there for being denied. What exavtly is an undue delay time period, because non of that information can be located anywhere? I would think that wating for almost an entire year for a simple request for accommodation for a reserved parking or even two months is an undue delay with never any intention to accommodate. Protected class tenants are also now being put on a month to month lease, so it would appear that this be the motive of these landlords to lie, ignore emails or calls, no longer accommodate and just get rid of you. Stop giving people false hope, because landlords are always enabled to do as they please and a protected class tenant has no rights and never did.

I am in court alone with my landlord now at housing court and I told the Judge in April that my landlord filed an illegal summons and she said to make it part of my case as someone filed to make it a jury trial and I read to file a motion but, now my landlord filed his whole eviction all over again and this Judge also did something else I know that this housing has also blocked my rights in court too long story but, the judge is bias

Look for what is called a pro bono lawyer meaning it is a lawyer that works for free on your behalf and then when they win the case you can pay them ... and they usually win since they work very hard for people . Please please do go to the comment by Sarah Sheets and read my replies to her and if you try some of those things you are sure to get help . Also think about contacting your local Congressman or Senator because years ago I got help from mine in Pennsylvania and so did my brother .

Last year I was told to move due to professional tenants and welfare fraud 🤥🤡 tenants who hate crimes against disabled on house vouchers program in St.Paul public housing workers told me those who did this to me in October of 2022, because of there behavior problems of those African American people who doing poor me remarks. And I didn't caused them to loss there hcvs and a white person Jennifer Osksi wrote derogatory remarks, stands by my door 🚪 to listen in to my friends relatives family. Writing nasty notes put them by my door. My neighbor saw Jennifer Osksi made up stories about me. I frozen my hcvs till I get a nice place. Feb 23, 2023 sent to assting house 🏠 in Brooklyn Park Minnesota. They in January 10, 2024 these people shot and killed my emotional support cat Pepsi for no reason for it. Now I have to get another cat maybe two cats. Get them checked by a vet, vaccines and fixed so won't have kittens.

Actually no on the training with the service animal and I'm going to tell you where you're missing something Service animals in particular do need some level of training to know what to do for the disabled person they were trained to serve. People taking regular pets into establishments and passing them off as service animals is what's hurting the disabled who have real service animals. Yes, some level of training is required for service animals and emotional support animals, so that they'll behave properly within the establishments where animals usually aren't allowed. If someone takes a regular pet into something like a restaurant, it's going to be spotted sooner or later and called out. Service animals in particular do need some level of training so that they'll know how to behave and act like a service or support animal. So therefore actually yes they do need some level of training. In fact there was someone who brought a service animal into one of our local drug stores and he was even explaining that his particular service animal that could be discriminated against has a specific number to a specific agency he can call if he has any issues. Every single establishment should be asking to see Proof of Your Service or support animal being such in order to weed out people passing off fakes as what they're really not
