As someone who served an LDS mission myself, that story about the missionaries made me sick. I don’t blame the landlord at all

I love the one about the parent doing the student’s work. Also the one that went to complain about the difficulty of the work.

I remember going with my youngest to a campus visit prior to school starting. I still remember the shock on some of the parents faces when it was announced that the school would not be discussing or releasing grades to parents. I was ready for this because as soon as the oldest turned 18 I had to have her permission to accompany her to the doctor.

If the parents are separated, you need a court order on file. You NEVER follow what one parent says, always follow the court order. It doesn't matter what you think is right or not. My step kids' school violated my husband's parental rights multiple times due to his ex lying to them and both she and the school are facing legal action (ex is about to lose custody all together, if not jail time, so...) With that said, it's the school's duty to reach out to both parents.

story from 1:20:00-ish in, that was a micro-nap. bro micro-napped on the road, brain continued to subconsciously absorb the radio show or cd or whatever while the rest of your brain went for a nap without permission. its a common danger factor for long-haul drivers.

I find it odd how a Bible would travel faster than regular books since they're usually the size of a hardback children's book, have almost twelve hundred pages, and weigh up to about as a typical army rifle (around 8-10 pounds). That had to have hurt like hell when that nurse got hit by an airborne Bible which probably what gave them that bruise.

Once again asking for chapters on these long videos so we can easily see what all the topics are and jump between them

dunno if this counts as a glitch on the matrix but a few years back we got a lil ragdoll-like cat toy for my dog, i called the doll Misu-Misu-Miau, we'd play with me helicoptering it while my dog would try to bite it and snatch it from me. One day i notice i cant find the cat doll anywhere, i figured maybe my dog got it stuck somewhere she couldnt reach and either me or my parents would find it eventually. Months pass and im started to get weirded out by the fact i havent found the doll nor have i seen my parents mention its gone missing (and we'd always be at least curious over the fact we hadnt seen one of my dog's toys in a while) then one day i ask them if they had seen the doll. They had no idea what i was talking about. Mind you i had played with that doll in front of my parents and called it by the name i gave it in front of them many times, they could not remember that ragdoll cat AT ALL. After that i decided to look for Misu-Misu-Miau everywhere in the house, never found it

I love that the narrator takes an ethical stance on these stories. He’s right.
