LANDMANNALAUGAR HIKING

We combined 3 hikes into 1 big hike on this amazing day.
If you search for "dayhikes" at Landmannalaugar you will find 3 popular ones.
Each of the 3 hikes goes up to one of the 3 highest summits in that region:
Bláhnúkur (945m), Brennisteinsalda (881m) and Suðurnámur (920m)
Each of these 3 summithikes is meant for visitors with limited time.
But if you stay overnight at Landmannalaugar, like we did, you have more time and can combine all 3 summits into 1 big hike.
We started at 8am and finished at 4pm.
But we had many breaks and photo stops, total "moving time" was around 4.5 hours...
