Lando should absolutely start dressing like a cowboy. If I've learned anything from the menswear guy on Twitter, the first step to dressing better is learning to combine clothes and accessories in a way that follows a cohesive theme, like "goth" or "rustic". Plus, then when you guys are walking around town together, you'd be a goth + cowboy duo, which is an incredibly powerful energy.

I've gotta agree completely with Connor's statement on how much you'd spend on clothes. Partly because the clothing I like are things like SuperGroupies where it's tasteful, discreet anime/videogame wear. And that stuff is /expensive/, but god it makes me so happy to wear. I never really cared about what I wore until I got my Bloodborne watch and it was like, almost euphoria.

Polos, button ups, khakis, nice slacks, good outerwear, Oxford shoes...Online fashion trends like Dark Academia would not exists without it. It's a very practical style so I think it's worth looking into~ hot weather might make it difficult tho so maybe try to find breathable fabrics?? About snacks, I assumed everyone did cheesy rice already cause it's such a no brainer? I put cheese on fucking anything IT'S GOOD!! also that Kraft cheese is so nice in ramen too cause the milk solids just melt and thicken the broth and then you add another slice for the cheesy noodles 🤤 Popcorn and ice cream sounds heinous at first but then you realize popcorn is just like rice krispies but BIGGER and airier and salty with a buttery taste and you can even get caramel popcorn wow! 😋 The thing Connor said about shoes being more visible when you're short is so real cause I love wearing the biggest shoes known to man and they are also Expensive but so worth it...they should last!! Imo a cheap outfit with expensive shoes looks expensive but an expensive outfit with cheap shoes looks cheap...you get what I mean? Fun episode today!!

The new alt Lando fit is pretty cool. Dando. ^^ Japan drip is next level and I could totally see the influences. I got one of those fidget spinner rings recently, a floral ring from Etsy, and it works. Connor is a great influence towards being more confident with embracing our fashion tastes/what we like most without letting other's opinions affect the choices. Rings in particular being the big thing for me too. For someone who also has those nervous/sheepish over thinking tendencies it makes a difference. I'm less likely to keep my inner self or vulnerabilities quiet now thanks to him. I think I can say that's the case from BOTH of you actually. I feel more comfortable with my originality and can accept it a little more. I'm grateful for that. On the food take, I like the salty sweet combination too. Chocolate with sea salt and the sweet salty popcorn I am weak for it too. I can't say I haven't caved in buying a high price item before for fashion. One of my dresses from SoCal was 1000. But regularly the most I'll spend is 100/200ish for outerwear. I agree those are premium fashion gear and an investment. Just like shoes. Thanks guys for the fashion/personality talk. It was fun to listen and hear the recap about the convention.

there is a definite progression in judging here towards who Deserves to be pied more as we go, lol also: eating the tails of tempura shrimp is completely reasonable and i think fairly common. personally though i’ll eat the tails of any shrimp, and i mostly won’t bother shelling shrimp either- it’s just as edible as the tail and takes less effort. (my limit is shrimp heads, admittedly.)

fellow shrimp tail enjoyers might like a korean side dish called 마른새우 볶음/maleun saewoo bokkeum that's little dried shrimps sauteed in a soy-rice syrup sauce. i've eaten kraft cheese on rice with dried seaweed since i was a kid and also enjoy the crispy end bit on a corn dog so it never occurred to me that people might consider them to be weird things to put in the ol' mouth hole. around the 26:40 mark, inseminating and disseminating don't quite mean the same thing

First of, the hypthetical BBL at the start took me out - that came out of nowhere. 😂 This Dando fellow seems like a cool fellow though, his outfit did remind me of Kingdom Hearts as he put it or The World Ends With You which are both games where the characters stand out due to what they wear! It fit him, it was well coordinated and harmonized greatly together. Sometimes movie ratings definitely do not apply as strongly, it truly ends up depending on the person watching it though. Where it could be a 10/10 for one person, another would rate it with a 7.5 or even lower. And the Minecraft movie trailer was... something. Not sure what to make of it after I've seen it, the best way for me to put it would be bizarre. That said, happy to hear that Anime Impulse went well and helped bring the podcast closer to current and new fans, you've gotten a chance to experience how much it's loved and no doubt it'll continue to grow if you keep working on it the way you are now! Going into the fashion talk you had after, I liked that Lando was trying something different aside from what he is used to! You learn a lot about yourself and what clothes make you you in the process. Sorry to hear about the ring he got for himself ending up hurting the finge her wore it on, I did relate to fidgeting with rings though considering I own two as well where I can rotate the middle section. It ends up spinning and spinning without you wanting to stop because it activates something in your brain. Assisting in becoming more conscious of how you dress can be a great help, both of you have distinct styles! The two of you are fashionable in your own respective rights, you have a great eye for putting together consistent oufits. Couldn't agree more on the statement of wearing what makes you happiest and what you feel most comfortable in! Considering how you spoke about wearing stuff from different sides reminds me how no one article of clothing is gendered, you should be able to wear that what gives you the greatest feeling of satisfaction about how you look in it! It is all about the positive feelings it brings when you discover a style that encompasses your personality perfectly. On the other hand, dialing into Prof sharing his dehydration story with that comparison to miso soup gave me severe whiplash I was completely and wholly unprepared for. Again, it's good to hear that the con was such a huge success with all the fans bringing so many gifts and being sweet. A great battle against hit voice actor Yuri Lowenthal was not what I would have expected to hear, that's a fun inside joke you've created! Mannerisms too was interesting to hear you talk about considering it's not something people are acutely aware of unless specifically told. Even then, you act surprised since you never knew you had this habit to begin with! That said, it's fascinating how you yourself aren't aware yet the people around you are like the person noticing the feet shuffle or Lando seeing the way Connor behaves waiting at the door. Standing in front of a door waiting for a friend can turn so awkward though, no matter how casual you try to act it somehow ends up failing despite everything. Questions corner this time around taught me about games I'd not heard of ever in my lifetime so that was a neat little lesson in video game history! Meanwhile on the topic of cursed food combinations, white rice with melted cheese in it does sound delicious as did the ice cream with popcorn... I feel everyone has this combination they could eat a thousand times over, be it seen as weird by others or no. Takes on spending certain amounts of money brings me back to being content regardless of what you pay. It can be astronomically high or the cheapest thing ever, as long as it involves happiness it's money well spent. c: Your little dance with the hand swishing and swiveling was cute, thanks for another great episode to listen to during my evenings! For me the seams around my shoulders, neck and armpit never seem (seam?
