Lando was a monster, did the caution help him? Yes, but that’s racing, he was doing amazing without it. He took the situation and ran with it. He was pulling away from max, absolutely amazing!

I think you must be forgetting the new overtaking rule which say that the overtaking car must be in control during the maneuver, which Sainz infringed by losing the rear and crashing into Oscar.

Hey Al, great commentary, the only thing I see differently is Mag. He is Hulk's guardian angel and I also think that he sees that it's his last year in f1 so he is just having fun and tries to get the most out of this Haas car. The penalties are collateral damage

Newey is 65, I think he will retire

I think Newey will retire, Max will stay with Red Bull for 2025, Red Bull still better then Mercedes in 2025, but Max will be with Mercedes in 2026, 2026 F1 deferent rules, full factory teams like Mercedes will have the edge. Sainz will get the short end and probably only get one year deal with Mercedes 2025.

Really, it was a boring race. There were almost no no pasing. the only reason things changed was due to safety car and blind luck. How is that fun racing?
