Great. I am taking my Landrover 109 to Mongu actually. Great video. These Lozi guys are so used to this vehicle I wonder why we do not have a factory in Mongu.

Great videos. I'm heading to Mongu in a couple months. I have a Land Rover too, although mine's from the '80s so it's practically brand new.

starting a trip the proper (land rover) way !!! checking the oil and water level!!! and not just relying on an electric sensor to warn you in mid trip! :) i got some scary moments when the landy went almost sideways :P got a running 1977 and a doner 1976 model the rule!

I would love to drive our 1970 Landy Blossom veg oil slowly down Africa & shair if a machine is cool it has to be a old Land Rover, like the driver in your brilant short film when he starts the engine with a handle! cool

@Pyroman1990 no, they were known as CKD, or "Completely Knocked-down" kits that were sent out to South America, Africa et cetera, and then assembled by designated companies in these countries.
