Well deserved winner. I don’t usually like landscape paintings after suffering a terrible effort given to us as a wedding present and the focal point of our living room for 13 years. I’d swap for either of these in a heartbeat.

@@mydanshi9683 There were some great ones. The next episode coming up number 2 has so many great painters, I was blown away. I am editing that one now.

I remember the winning final commission of Venezia for this season, hard to forget.

@@wolfgangk1 absolutely a great painting…. I have a print from the winner hanging on my wall…

@@jomackenzie7065 You won't need a bucket BUT definitely not what you'd envision when you thinking, "Venezia" It's interpretive--and in my simple world, if I need you to have somebody explain it to me, then it has missed the mark. Just think about the judges--that should be enough of a hint.

I think you got the title wrong. The venue for this episode was Plymouth, Smeaton's Tower, not Tyneside Bridge!

Like always… that vague wiggles one is my fav…. But then… I would never ever have selected her to even get into the program as the submission is so not my liking…the one with all the lines / threads on it was so nice….

@@wmbriggz Her submission was confusing. But her work on the day I liked.
