In 1998 I had a French teacher who taught me oil painting, I was 12 years old at the time, I miss the environment, the smell of the studio, the paint canvases, it's so good to paint, and this painting was beautiful.

That is very beautiful, but I have to say that my first impression was either a bomb exploded or that's the plume from a rocket. I'm just being 100% honest. Otherwise the texture and colors in the clouds is outstanding.

Lol! That's a cumulonimbus for you! They are huge powerhouses of nature's energy. I believe they're the only type of cloud that can produce thunder, lightning and hail.

You name the video CLOUD DEMO, and the only thing that you skip on this video it's how you did the clouds. Shame.

Painting is a process. And this painting took weeks to complete, so this demo is only showing the highlights. It begins with underpainting (like all of my paintings). From there (through 12:35) this video is all about the sky and cloud. Then it's back to the cloud at 34:43. Perhaps you skipped those parts? This is just a demo, after all, not a tutorial. If you're looking for a complete step-by-step, that's what you get in my online courses. But those take many hours, not just a few minutes.
