Jim started me on my view camera exploits via a 35mm workshop in Big Bend then a 4x5 workshop in Santa Fe back in 1990. I still use that 4x5 Toyo today and will be forever grateful for his guidance. I went through the same thing with my eyes. I bought a Nikon d7200 and started taking photos again. It has changed my life the way I look at the fine detail of Gods creation. We are just getting older my friend. I feel like I have to hurry up and photo everything. Everything is so beautiful.
