LANDSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY with the 7Artisans 35mm f0.95 lens and FUJIFILM X-E1 in extreme weather. This is a short video showing me using this manual focus lens in high winds and heavy rain, and it performed very nicely.

Great videos, Chris! I'm not sure what advantage an f0.95 lens has for zone focused landscapes at ~f9, but, hey, an interesting test of how the X-E1 + 7artisans combo works in torrential rain.

There are two ways of making videos. One is that you record what you would have done anyways whether you record it or not, and the other way is that you make videos of things you would never have done if if it wasn't for youtube.

Hi Chris, try Craghoppers Men's Kiwi Pro Active Trousers, they are extremely comfortable stretchy and light shower resistant but even when u do get drenched they dry quickly also they have a glasses/lens cloth attached inside of side pocket ! just a thought :) ... great vids, very enjoyable, thank you.

Great vid, Welcome to the South Downs National Park. You're right about being wary of the cliff edge. There are three hundred foot cracks and rock fall is common all along the Seven Sisters. Beautiful B&W shot '

.....and a can of compressed inert gas (air-duster) to blast away the beads of water instead of scrubbing the coating with a lens cloth. 😀
